Jaguar 2.7d Exhaust Fumes inside the Cabin Jan 12 Written By Josh Mugglestone The most common Cause of Exhaust Fumes in the cabin on a 2.7d Engine is due to a split flexi coupler on the catalytic converter. Picture shows turbo with flexi coupler flange still attached after catalytic converter has become detached. In the past this would of required complete replacement of the Catalytic Converter as the flange/flexi is welded to the Cat. Luckily there is now available a repair kit for this common problem. Exhaust Flexi Repair Kit Complete with new OEM Clamps, Turbo Studs and Nuts. A Perfect Fit The repair kit makes for a quick and cost effective repair. Josh Mugglestone
